Este artigo realiza uma investigação acerca das manifestações de mal-estar e das facetas do adoecimento psíquico dos sujeitos no cenário atual. Na contemporaneidade, o processo cultural evidencia o desafio em abordar as formas de subjetivação diante da relação inescapável entre sujeito e discurso civilizatório. Assim, este estudo pretende, primeiramente, localizar possíveis diretrizes psicanalíticas para suspender os impasses clínicos que surgem diante do sujeito, uma vez que este está à mercê e atravessado pela linguagem. Por fim, com alicerce dos fundamentos psicanalíticos, constata-se que as ideias de Freud e Lacan ainda permitem importantes articulações entre a teoria do inconsciente e o fazer clínico

Este artículo investiga las manifestaciones del malestar y las facetas de la enfermedad psicológica de los sujetos en el escenario actual. En el mundo contemporáneo, el proceso cultural ressalta el desafío de abordar formas de subjetivación ante la ineludible relación entre sujeto y discurso civilizador. Así, este estudio tiene como objetivo, en primer lugar, ubicar posibles pautas psicoanalíticas para suspender los impasses clínicos que se presentan ante el sujeto, ya que está a merced y atravesado por el lenguaje. Finalmente, partiendo de los fundamentos psicoanalíticos, parece que las ideas de Freud y Lacan aún permiten importantes articulaciones entre la teoría del inconsciente y la práctica clínica

This article investigates the manifestations of malaise and the facets of the subjects' psychological illness in the current scenario. In the contemporary world, the cultural process highlights the challenge of addressing forms of subjectivation in view of the inescapable relationship between subject and civilizing discourse. Thus, this study aims, first, to locate possible psychoanalytic guidelines to suspend the clinical impasses that arise before the subject, since he is at the mercy and crossed by language. Finally, based on the psychoanalytical foundations, it appears that the ideas of Freud and Lacan still allow important articulations between the theory of the unconscious and the clinical practice

Cet article explore les manifestations du malaise et les facettes de la maladie psychologique des sujets dans le scénario actuel. Dans le monde contemporain, le processus culturel met en évidence le défi de traiter les formes de subjectivation au regard de la relation incontournable entre sujet et discours civilisateur. Ainsi, cette étude vise, dans un premier temps, à repérer d'éventuelles lignes directrices psychanalytiques pour suspendre les impasses cliniques qui surgissent devant le sujet, puisqu'il est à la merci et traversé par le langage. Enfin, à partir des fondements psychanalytiques, il apparaît que les idées de Freud et de Lacan permettent encoredes articulations importantes entre la théorie de l'inconscient et la pratique clinique

Estrutura e psicanálise / Structure and psychoanalysis

Este artigo aborda a noção de estrutura em psicanálise, enfatizando sua presença e importância nas formulações freudianas e lacanianas. Aponta a utilização do termo estrutura em alguns textos freudianos, demonstrando que esta noção já estava presente em sua obra. O retorno a Freud efetuado por Lacan é revisto a partir da relação de Lacan com alguns estruturalistas. O texto aponta o esforço de Lacan para reconduzir a experiência psicanalítica à fala e à linguagem, a partir dos ensinamentos estruturalistas e da sua subversão. São apresentadas duas rupturas que marcam o afastamento de Lacan do movimento estruturalista: o conceito de sujeito e o conceito de real. Evidencia-se que a noção de estrutura em Lacan é extraída do estruturalismo, mas ao mesmo tempo dele se dissocia porque a estrutura dos estruturalistas é coerente, completa, ao passo que a estrutura lacaniana é antinômica e descompletada, incluindo em seu campo uma impossibilidade: nem tudo será explicável. Marca-se uma distinção entre um estruturalismo baseado na completação e o ensino de Lacan que se assenta na incompletação.

This article discusses the concept of structure in psychoanalysis, emphasizing its presence and importance in freudian and lacanian formulations. Points to the use of the term structure in some freudian texts, demonstrating that this notion was already present in his work. The return to Freud made by Lacan is revised from Lacan's relationship with some structuralists. The text points to the Lacan efforts to bring the psychoanalytic experience to the speech and language, from the structuralist teachings and its subversion. The two breaks that mark the removal of Lacan 's structuralist movement are presented: the concept of the subject and the concept of real. It is evident that the notion of structure in Lacan is extracted from structuralism, but at the same time it dissociates because the structure of the structuralists is consistent, complete, whereas the Lacanian structure is antinomian and incomplete, including an impossibility in their field: not everything is explainable.

A estrutura em psicanálise: uma enunciação desde Freud / The structure in psychoanalysis: an enunciation since Freud

Pretende-se abordar a importância da noção de estrutura no campo psicanalítico, considerando sua pertinência nas formulações freudianas e seus destinos no percurso teórico de Lacan. O termo estrutura encontra-se implícito na obra de Freud no que tange à importância do diagnóstico diferencial. Lacan se propôs a reler Freud a partir do estruturalismo a fim de reconduzir a experiência psicanalítica à fala e à linguagem. Ressaltaremos duas divergências que marcam o afastamento incondicional de Lacan do movimento estruturalista: a concepção do sujeito e o registro do real.

This article intends to approach the importance of the notion of structure in the psychoanalytic field, considering its relevance in Freudian formulations and its destinations in the theoretical trajectory of Lacan. The term structure is implicit in the work of Freud in terms of the importance of differential diagnosis. Lacan's proposal was to re-read Freud from structuralism to reconduct the psychoanalytic experience to speech and language. We emphasize two disagreements that mark the unconditional withdrawal of Lacan's structuralist movement: the conception of the subject and the register of the real.

A questão do sujeito e as práticas das ciências da saúde / The question of subject and practice of health sciences

O presente artigo apresenta algumas considerações acerca da importância da inclusão do discurso do sujeito nas práticas das ciências da saúde, isso porque a sociedade contemporânea, sob influência do discurso capitalista, da ciência e da tecnologia, tende a excluir o sujeito. A partir da teoria e prática psicanalítica que ressaltam a singularidade, dando relevância ao saber do sujeito sobre seu sofrimento, propomos uma reflexão sobre as práticas das ciências da saúde, focalizando especialmente a avaliação diagnóstica. Para isso, partiremos de um estudo acerca da questão do sujeito, revendo seu lugar nas práticas das ciências da saúde na atualidade, a fim de apontarmos possíveis contribuições da psicanálise para essas práticas.

This article presents some considerations about the importance of including the subjectof discourse practices of the health sciences. This is because contemporary society, under the influence of capitalist discourse, science and technology, tends to exclude the subject. From the psychoanalytic theory and practice that emphasizes the uniqueness, giving importance toknowledge of the subject on their suffering, we propose a reflection on the practices of health sciences, especially focusing on the diagnosis. For this part of a study on the question of the subject, reviewing its place in the practices of health sciences at the present time in order to identify possible contributions of psychoanalysis to such practices.
